1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Featuredline ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, venues, talent, and event organizers.

2. Description of Service

Featuredline is a managed entertainment booking platform that connects venues and event organizers with verified performers. We facilitate the discovery, vetting, quoting, contracting, and coordination of entertainment talent. We are a managed marketplace, not a direct employer of performers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and performer confirmation. Featuredline facilitates payment processing and holds funds in accordance with platform policies. Payment terms are outlined in individual booking agreements. Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

4.1 Booking Process

Clients submit a brief describing their event or venue requirements. Featuredline curates up to three matched performer options within 24 hours. Upon selection, a booking agreement is generated and sent for digital signature.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each booking agreement. Featuredline may require deposits or full payment upfront depending on the booking value and performer requirements.

5. Talent Obligations

Performers listed on Featuredline represent that they are legally eligible to work in the UAE, hold any required visas or permits, and have the right to perform at booked engagements. Performers must maintain professional conduct and fulfill booked engagements as agreed.

6. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate event details and ensure that performers have safe, appropriate working conditions. Clients must not contact performers directly outside the Featuredline platform before a booking is confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property

The Featuredline name, logo, and platform content are owned by Featuredline. Performer portfolios, images, and media remain the property of the respective performers and are used with permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Featuredline acts as a managed intermediary and is not liable for disputes between clients and performers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our platform services. We do not guarantee performer availability or specific outcomes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the platform experience for other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
